At Pwned Store, we aim to ensure you have a fantastic shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds to ensure a smooth process for you.

1. Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged or is defective.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing care@pwnedstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Video Requirement:
    • For wrong product received: Provide a video of you opening the package to show the incorrect item.
    • For damaged or defective items: Include clear photos or videos that show the damage or defect.
  3. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Please ensure it is securely packaged.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will then process your refund:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving your return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: Processing time can vary between financial institutions.
  3. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@pwnedstore.com.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at care@pwnedstore.com.
